Christopher Farms Elementary is located within the Christopher Farms housing development and draws students from most neighborhoods along Holland Road. Since its doors opened in September 1997, the school community has established a strong PTA, won the Superintendent’s Best-of-the-Beach Award, implemented the Spanish Partial Immersion Program and has achieved full accreditation for five consecutive years for passing all SOL tests. The mission of Christopher Farms Elementary School, in partnership with the community, is to maximize student learning in a safe and nurturing environment using research-based instructional strategies to prepare our students for the challenges of the twenty-first century.

 · Ensure success for all children at Christopher Farms Elementary School,
 · Ensure that all school community members are provided a safe environment
   to learn and work,
 · Provide opportunities for parents in the community to become actively involved, and
 · Utilize the technology available to the fullest extent.
